well done, my friend.
Indeed they are what you have said. They are beautiful fishes for a L96 to have such coloration.

Pointers to look out:
Male - rounder head, slender body, bigger pectoral where when close, they should grows beyond the ventral fin.

Females - sharper head, due to the lack of fats accumulated under their cheeks, rounder body, looks gravid but still not ready for breeding yet. It should be even bigger n round, lastly is the size of the pectoral.

By comparing Male's, there will be a difference in terms of size, furthermore, female's pectoral will never be extended beyond the ventral fin when closed. It will either just reached the ventral or even shorter when gravid.

Are they the ones that you have posted before in the tank or these are newly acquired ones??

Im not sure if the next fin behind the pectoral is a ventral or anal or pelvic, until i saw your post in plecofanatics, then i realised my mistakes....

But i hope you know what i mean....

of cos you do, you have the privilege of providing them with the cold temperature to induce their spawning due to the London's cold weather which i do not have.

If there is another female to trigger the Male, that will be the best.

what kind of temperature should i drop it to? should keep the temperature low constanly or just lower the temperature from time to time to simulate rain?

It should have a drastic change in the temperature, that simulate the different season/ rain. It would be easier for you to rise the temperature then do a water change during the cold season.

Do keep us posted k. good luck.
