just came back to work today after a long weekend break n leave.....come here only...saw the pics nia....wah lau oeiiii :eek:

i really cant believe leh.....i m sooooo much over weight now....i really need to do something abt it liao,is there such pills to reduce fats :o
and this kuku chris ar....jolly well know that we both are the same size....ownself post his pics nice nice covering his excess n while post my fat fat pics out :rolleyes:

Orr ! I have been thinking since yesterday and finally I found the answer !
The reason why you put on weight is because you went "low-key" on Plecoing !. Same here ! I put on weight when I sold all my panaques !. :D Less plecs ! less tanks, less WCs, less system maintenance and more time to laze around ! so put on weight lah ! :D.
Hence in order to reduce weight ! go "high-key" on plecoing lah ! :D
