Hi guys, i know many people are skeptical about this product because its just another DI water system in the market. I am too but this is 2nd time it has worked its wonders for my hobby.
First time was a year ago, then i had alot of yamato shrimps that were dropping like flies in my planted tank, after savaging those that look like hopeless case for me in diamond water, they miraculously started swimming actively in the container within an hour.
Yesterday, came back from work and a female lower xingu with popped eyes laid restlessly infront of the tank. Try to move her to a covered patch to reduce her stress of being in the open but she started swimming erratically and eventually laid either upside down or by her sides. Her fins were constantly extended like she is in some kind of fits. Cherry shrimps soon started to pour over her like red army ants and started to tear her pectoral and anal fins into shreds, all the while she was still breathing but not moving. That was when i removed her into a container with just diamond water and added an airstone. This morning woke up, she is upright and fins are no longer extended. Eyes seems less popped too and swimming alot more when i moved the container. Just bought some medication this morning and see if i can further improve her condition in the container. Hope she survives man....:)
