Why is my avatar so tiny?

Compared to the others, my avatar is rather tiny. Is there a setting that I missed?

Resolution limit is increased for all users to: 100 pixels by 100 pixels
Space limit: 20000 bytes (19.5 KBytes)

Cool! Updated my avatar!!! Now it looks like the one I use in all the other forums.
