these fishes are the "chocolate zebra ~ non-Xingu Hypancistrus" series, which include:
L129
L199
L270 (can rule out L270 as the lines are rather distinctively different.)
L318
L340

to add,
their main characteristics are the elongated and flatter head/snout (less slope) coupled with triangular fan-like caudal.

the closest match is
L129 (Orinoco)
L318 (Rio Jari)
buyer cannot confirm unless suppliers are telling the truth as to where the fish originated from.
therefore we LL have to go with what L-number they said.
