Hi,
I had cycled my tank for like a few months and the water of my tank was clear yellow, however recently the water in the tank turned clear Brownish/Reddish, I was wondering whether this brownish water will harm the Juv of L46?

The wood or maybe substrate?

yeah I have bogwood and driftwood, but does it cause any harm to the fishes as it is super brown close to red..

If you soaked the wood in hot water before placing it in the tank then I don't think there is much of a concern.

The water stain would most likely from the wood tannins.
Did you add any new drift wood inside? If you did then it might cause a darker wood stain colour in the water then usual. If it can reach this red stage means you may not have water change much.
Do more regular water change to reduce this stain. Do also check the ph level of the water as wood will cause the ph to go low which might not be favorable to the L46.
