Alright lets begins understanding how the illness come about, and from there how we solve this problem. ( Just a recall of what I have learn in "Food and Nutrition"(FNN) in my secondary school. ) ( A1 standard :D )
A high-calorie and high-fat diet are most common that causes heart diseases which include heart attack. Heart attacks are linked to hypertension and high levels of blood cholesterol and triglycerides. Blood cholesterol, fats, cholesterols are a fat-like substance that gets deposited on the walls of the arteries as when in excess. Narrowing of arteries blocks the flow of oxygen-rich blood to various parts of the body. Extra pressure causes the heart to work harder. Often this prevent nutrients and oxygen from reaching the heart muscles and damage artery walls. Thus a low-fat and low-salt diet with regular exercise can minimize the risk of gettting high blood pressure/ heart attack.
minmize intake of
- Poultry Spare parts(pig,chicken,cattle,sheep...). eg tongue(all types), heart(all types), chicken gizzard, Pig stomach/ intestines.
- Seafood. eg Lobster, prawn/shrimps, Sardines in oil(can), Abalone, Top Shell
Lower cholesterol egg -i.e. produced with less cholesterol.(white colour shell)
reduce( try not to eat )intake of
- Poultry Spare parts(pig,chicken,cattle,sheep...) eg Brain, Kidney, Liver
- Seafood. eg Fish roe, Cuttlefish (sotong):D
- Egg yolk, whole egg
***SeaFood- Fish grouped into whitefish and oilyfish)***
White fish- little or no fat. little fat that it has only stored in the lover. Fat of white fish is made into vitmain capsules or emulsions such as cod-liver oil and halibut-liver oil. eg- Pomfret, red snapper, grouper....
Oily Fish- Contains an amount of fat distributed throughtout the flesh. As a result, the flesh of such fish is darker in colour that of white fish. The oil in the flesh of oily fish also make it more diffcult to digest that that of white fish. eg- mackerel, kuning, shad....
You must be thinking I am nuts, this cannot eat that cannot eat, no life yes?
Well, A balanced diet is one in which the body can obtain all the essential nutrients from the food consumed, in the correct proportions that it needs. There are several ways of balancing a diet.
- Eat a variety of food to ensure that you get all the nutrients the body needs in the correct proportions.
- Eat in moderation to reduce the total intake of salt, sugar and fat in food. (Avoid eating too much of any one kind of food, even when it is supposedly a food which is good for health)
- Balance your energy intake with energy expenditure to maintain a desirable body weight. (The amount you need depends on your gender, age, height, weight and level of activity.)
- Increase intake of dietary Fibre to ensure regular bowel movement and prevent bowel disorders.
Last but not least
- Take in enough liquid. Plain water is best to get rid of toxins in the body. Fresh fruit juice, soup and drinks of any kind may be included in the amount of liquid consumed.
Eat Most ----------------------------------------> Eat Least (Healthy diet)
Rice & alternatives -> Fruits & Veg -> Meat & alternatives -> Fat, salt, sugar
If do need a light snack inbetween meals, encourage to take nutritious snacks such as apple, nuts instead of fried food and sweet drinks.
Comes to method of cooking.
Grilling, Simmering, Boiling, Steaming are advisable.
Place deep frying with stir frying. Deep-Fried food is oily and unhealthy thus this method of cooking should be used rarely.
That all I can advise with. Most important key factor still need depend on you.
ALL the above are freshly squeesed out from my brain:D:D:D
Cheers. Alanng

Thanks for the compliment. Health is still the most important factor as compared to any other things. If you have so much money but your body is so ill. End up still can't enjoy and do stuff you like, even if you have lots of money. take good care of your health :)
