Hi guys,

This is what I mainly feed my plecos with, 95% main diet apart of vege once/twice a week. For those plecos in my pond river & pond, dun need any vege as supplement, coz they have plenty of algae to eat. Welcome any comment or inquiry...

The cost for this 25kgs bag is merely Rm100, very economic. However, they dun have smaller package, only come with 25kgs pack. These are mainly used by prawn farms only...

Result from feeding the pellets, fishes tend to grow faster compare to just feeding normal koi pellets. Therefore after testing it, I am very satisfied with the result and price, thus become the main diet of most of my fishes...

I'm from JB, this pellets also manufactured by a prawn farm in JB Permas Jaya...:)

I think it is becoz plecos have the digging holes in mud habit. It will spoil the eco system in a natural river when over breed. I think that it happen to US or some countries b4...

As to private mud pond, think the plecos might just hide in the mud and we cant see them totally, and they might also mess up the pond by digging..

Right, pseudas are supposed to breed in tunnels built into the banks, so if we are considering to breed plecs, its actually natural to go with mud ponds.

btw bro, how much would the 10x3x3 fgt with glass panel cost ballpark? after reading your thread, I got interested too:o Is that custom made in S'pore? Eugene getting for you?

No, I get it from a lfs in jb. It costs RM2500 for the 10ft tank alone. If including everything, might cost around RM4000+ for the total setup i.e. pump, filter, piping etc. Pretty cheap right..;)
