Dear all ,
I want to look for a partner for for L134 . But i dont know this piece is male or female . Can any shifu here advise . Thanks .:)

My guess could be a 2.5 inch or above.

yes , it is above 2.5" close to 3" . I have keep it for quiet a while . think at least 1.5 yr . :)

which angle can we see to get a better view of it . I just got 1 today , most like a female . So i hope this is a male . :D

In my opinion it seems male for now because of the odontodes(hair) seems more hairy compared to a female. It does look a little skinny even if it is a male. Might want to increase the feeding.

what other fishes you have inside? if 134 is the only pleco, feed after lights off will give them an edge..

Examine the pleco's forehead. Males have flat, level foreheads. Females tend to have rounded foreheads that bulge out slightly. When a female is ready to spawn, her forehead will appear plump.
