Which explains that your email utilised for registration has yet to be verified.

Check your email account for mail from Pleco Club Forums (check your spam folder as well) .... click on the link to verify your email address ... its instant approval upon clicking of verification link.

Alternatively (slower method), draft an email via email account u've used for registration to chriskim@plecoclub.org indicating your issue will be suffice
