Error message reads like:

barmby, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

As above ... yr account is awaiting activation ... or u've not authenticated yr email account ...

logically the "request for authentication email" should reside in yr gmail inbox or spam folder ..

but in anyway I've waived the auth process for u ...

Btw ... troubleshoot is open to everyone and anyone with a login ... and only comm members (PCS management) can reply to these threads ...

others ranks could only start their own threads and reply in their own threads ..
