Hi Friends,
I wanted to begin pleco hobbying and had found myself liken L200 plecos...:) Any bros here can advise how do i get a pair, any advise on ID the males and females??:D Thanx in Advance!

males will certainly have well grow and obvious otondotes, otherwise go for body shape, female shld have more rounded and fill at stomach region. :)

TQ for your advise, the information had been helpful to kick start the sexing ID:D, in addition with regards to this, does L200 and L128 have obvious odontode growth for males? usually on the body? realise some plecos have very obvious Odontode growth then others.

Or males tends to have thick 1st hard ray on the pectoral. From the link attached by Celticfish, pay attention to the fish pectoral fin, look at the 1st hard ray.......... besides they look slender althot not skinny......... :)

In addition had taken some photo of my L128 (approx 3") think still too small to sex right...:confused:

Had taken the different sides... my gut feel... male? cause of the odontode growth on the tail shown on the last pic? but quite round on the belly shown on the 2nd pic...huh...confused...
