Fading tail color of Thunder?

Lately I noticed my 11" thunder panaque the color of tail a bit off... as in like faded...

NO sunken eyes or stomach,
long, black poos...
aggressive n always bullying my 9" gulper...
Eating though not much
Pleco is not panting, breathe normal...
Swim normal, no weird posture
No overcrowding and no high bioload... ( staying with "laughing cats" , 2xAA n Gulper cat.
Biggest in the tank...
presence of DW in tank
USing Rena Xp4 for a 3ft by 1.5 by 1.5ft tank.
Daily water Change.

What could be the reason for the faded tail?

Stressed?
Shedding? ( Which I doubt so)

Kindly seeking professional advice...

IMO, stress coloration........... cos your thunder looks nice in condition. Dun look sick.......... :)

Reckon he is beginning to think that he is an AA ! So ! either you get another AA to speed the colour change or get another Thunder lor ! :D
