Migration to US Server

By theory this server is a lot faster (turbo to be exact) ... but definitely more reliable in comparison to our last server ...

Please post yr comments on :
- loading/download/viewing speed (Try downloading: application form under signup ... I'm getting 400 KBytes per sec)
- problems in viewing if any

Guys, please be advise aso that this change will incurred some cost implication to be aprroved by the committee.... in our upcoming meeting.
