Got this fellow recently from NKS. Have been eyeing it since it arrived las Feb (2008). It was shipped in as L375, which i doubt so.

This fellow has nice extension on itz caudal which impresses me. It also display orangy tinted dorsal and caudal fins. WOnder if it will turn out as L96.

Indeed the marking kinda differs from those L160/L96 avaiable, so am speculating this fellow could be collected from another river soucre. You seen more L160/L96, appreciate your view.

cheers

Looks more different from the classic 160, or i should say, from the same river, but different tributaries. Since the river is so big, the area where this is caught should be near to where 160 was caught too and it should not be too far apart.

The colour on the tail will get full blasted orange, when it mature. But now, u will notice that the tail will slowly turn to orange, but more of a faded colour.

1 point that i realised that males's spots are very distinctive, not smudgy. Females tends to have this kinda look. But im not saying urs is a female, but it's just one point that does not tally. If u see a stick below, thats 100%.

thanks for the updates.
