Manage to scope this fellow out from NKS few weeks ago.... finally able to catch a good pic of the entire fellow....

Wat do you guys think of this fellow.... :rolleyes:

iz abt 6-7" and eating like a pig...... i bough it because of iz "high" body shape.... and the huwen of cos...... :)

Could it be a "Mei Tu Sha"? but how does a young adult looks like? :rolleyes:

correct me if i'm wrong - mei tu sa base colour is more brown.

Addron, tat time you do the b/s, i recall i did make some enquiry on this fellow, i hesitated becos of size and the "marking". i not sure if i'm correct but i see that L343 is fully huwen with mixing of spotted pattern unlike L185. After one big round, i still got this fellow..... he is a very greedy pseuda.... the fellow on the top is netted out from a L185 shipment, however it dun bare the charateristic of a typical L185.... nontheless, that doesnt mean it isn't since plecos of a same veriety do come in differ shape and sizes.... which results in today ID issue..... on the otherhand, without all these proclaimed ID-ing of plecos from "experts", pleco-ing seem boring thou.... hence iz a fun thing afterall...... :)

yah...i do agree with you regarding ID-ing Pleco..Its something fun to do...:)

life is ok lah..but it is getting bloody colder day by day...boh simi eh tahan liao...:D

Hey Ed. you put GSHW as your heading but didn't spell out in full I think some people must be wondering what does that mean. :p

To all it means Gao Shen Hu Wen in mandarin which translates to Broad body with tiger markings. ;)
